Confidence. It feels amazing and it makes you better at anything you’re trying to do. Confidence is the solution to so many problems we create for ourselves from people pleasing to worry to relationship problems. We’re spending some time today learning about the opposite of confidence, shame, and then I’m teaching you how to build confidence. The definition we’ll use is knowing and embracing all the parts of yourself. If you embrace all the parts of yourself, even the parts that you want to change, even the times when you are wrong, you can build your confidence. Tune in and let’s take your confidence up a level.

Thank you for teaching and sharimg, even though it’s a day after your deadline for your 1000 comments goal, I wanted to share with you how much I love learning and becoming more through what you share on this Podcast. You share so much of what I need to hear and sometimes you backup things I have already learned. Which is so nice!

I appreciate my friemd Liesl Probasco who told me about Bold new Mom. Thanks for havimg courage and confidence!

There were so many things I needed to hear in this podcast. I actually started crying in the gym while working out! So here I am, so, so grateful for the words you have spoken of which I needed to hear about building my confidence. Thank you! Is there any way this podcast can be found in print? Sometimes after I hear something deep and inspiring I also need to ingest it with my eyes. 🙂

    Hello Jody,
I couldn’t figure out how to leave a review on my podcast app, so I figured this may be the best place. I just finished ALL of your podcasts yesterday! I started several months ago at podcast #1 and have listened to several podcasts each day. My kids see me wearing me walking around the house with my wireless headphones listening to that “Jody lady” every single day. I listen to you while I cook dinner, fold laundry, scrub my toilets and when I am in my bathroom getting ready in the morning. Woman, YOU and this AMAZING WORK has CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I am not kidding. In the last few months listening and applying all of these thinking methods and principles, I have truly become a completely different person. I judge others less, and am more kind and patient with my children. I am a more understanding wife and mother. I’m a better friend. I feel “true” joy on a regular basis and have a much greater (actually, it’s more like ecstatic) perspective for the future. There needs to be a better word out there for “thank you”. It doesn’t seem to be enough when expressing to someone how much they have influenced and changed your life. Jody, THANK YOU!!! I live in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and my girlfriends and I (all of whom listen and rave about you) want to meet you and take you out to lunch! Seriously, you pick the place and we’ll be there with arms out to give you a big hug. Jody, you are changing lives. Thank you for all you do! -Katie

I thought one of the Podcasts said you had a Family Home Evening about Confidence. I’ve searched around and can’t find anything! I purchased the 6 FHE lesson packet already, I just want as much as I can get on this topic for my kids!
