Confidence requires ongoing work. It’s not a checkbox that we’re done with. Today I’m coaching a member from the Be Bold Community on how to quiet the voice in her head that tells her she’s not enough and decide for herself exactly what enough means. Check out this live coaching call and see how the tools I teach are applied in a real life scenario. And a special thanks to Amanda for allowing us to learn from her.

Thank you so much Jodi and especially Amanda for this episode! I love the idea of just noticing that critical inner voice! I went to the grocery store right after I listened and noticed several times I started to feel small. I put my chin up and felt better just by remembering I don’t have to be intimidated. Amanda, I loved hearing from you! My biggest struggles are with teaching ballet in my garage and with my Sunbeams! I feel like I should just naturally know how to teach and love in such a way that I get the behavior I want. I’m just not naturally endowed with those gifts! I appreciated your opening up and loved the coaching! Looking forward to more!

I love Amanda. Thank you both for sharing this with us. I say way worse than “stupid” once in a while! I am going to say “so what” and “why is this a problem for me?” More often. I was looking up alternative words for swearing like “rats” and “dagnabbit” but I know those sound better but don’t change the problem. I need to get to the root of those moments and diffuse them before I need to say, “great gatsby!” ????
